Highly frustrating, have to get out a computer to check balances. Tried closing app, uninstall reinstall, clearing cache, no avail. Called the bank and they know nothing about it but it looks like I'm not the only one based on reviews."

I've had to resetting my password a number of times attempting to access my account. It let's me change the password but when I try to log in, it kicks me back to reenter bank ID. Very frustrating."
